After Contest Begins: Once a contest has started, cancellations are no longer allowed, and entry fees become non-refundable as the contest reflects live events.

2. Cancellations by Wicket Vibe

Insufficient Participation: If a contest fails to meet the minimum required number of participants, Wicket Vibe reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, entry fees will be refunded to all participants.

Technical Issues: If a contest is canceled due to technical difficulties or unforeseen events, Wicket Vibe will provide a full refund to participants.

Rule Violations: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our rules or Fair Play Guidelines, refunds may not be granted to those found responsible.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The contest was canceled by Wicket Vibe.
  • You canceled your entry before the contest began.
  • An error occurred during billing or payment processing.

Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to your Wicket Vibe account balance, which can be used for future contests or withdrawn in line with our withdrawal policy.

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be provided in the following instances:

  • Disqualification due to rule violations.
  • Losses resulting from player performance in a contest.
  • Requests for refunds after a contest has started or ended.

4. Withdrawing Your Account Balance

Withdrawal Request: You may request to withdraw your account balance at any time, provided it meets the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3-5 business days.
